Hello, my name is Oran Collins.When I moved to Baja, I quickly realized that working online was nearly impossible due to frequent internet outages. Then, Starlink began its service in Mexico, and I decided to give it a try. The difference was immediate—finally, I had reliable internet for my work, and seamless streaming for Netflix.However, when I encountered a minor issue, I discovered that Starlink’s customer support was lacking. With week-long response times and no phone support, I realized I wasn’t the only one frustrated by this.That's why I founded Starmex.
